As your coach, I believe it is my mission to support and empower individuals and their families on their wellness journey. After nearly 20 years as a physical therapist, struggling with my own health and life challenges, I returned to school to become a Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach.

My own health journey brought me to my life’s purpose so that I can now help you with general health and wellness or more specific guidance for gut and brain health.  I've been through the autoimmune and SIBO/IBS struggles.  I personally follow the PreCODE 2.O program for prevention of cognitive decline as someone at risk for Alzheimer's. So whether you want general support with health and wellness or need guidance for gut and brain health, I'm ready to help you every step of the way. 

By creating sustainable habits with small actionable changes, you can have transformative results. You have the ability within yourself to reach your goals, I'm just here to help you get there.

Very touched by the author sharing her personal story and challenges and motivated by her successful recommendations for self healing of autoimmune diseases as well as other health and emotional issues. Jill Friedbauer offers concise and pragmatic dietary advice but also gives techniques for healing of mind , body and soul.

I’m so grateful I found this book. It was my first true introduction to using food as medicine and helped me transition to a paleo style diet. Not only does the book contain great recipes but it also incorporates spiritual healing, and gives instruction on how to use the mind-body connection to help control autoimmune disease for people such as myself, as well as being applicable for anyone looking to improve their physical and mental wellbeing. I’m not of the Jewish faith but I love the proverbs and words of wisdom from Rabbis, which the author shares at the beginning of each chapter, it was one of my favorite aspects of the book. The author’s personal story is so relatable and makes the book a truly enjoyable, as well as informative, read.

This book was such an inspirational read. It has a great mix of relate-able and emotional background with fantastic tips and applications. Many of the health tips made me look at the way I eat differently.
I loved the last page in each chapter with the "to dos" and encouragement. I marked pages to go back and reread and have been doing Jill's water challenge with great results. Definitely a keeper!
